A Phase 3 clinical study by Takeda Pharmaceuticals evaluating an investigational immunoglobulin therapy designed to help people with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), a condition that causes progressive nerve damage and muscle weakness.

The study aims to assess whether this next-generation treatment can provide stable, long-term symptom control with improved convenience and tolerability—offering patients the potential for more consistent mobility and a better quality of life compared to current therapies.

To qualify, participants generally must:

• Age: 18 years or older

​

• Diagnosis: confirmed CIDP or related IgG-dependent neuropathy

​

• Stable disease: already diagnosed and clinically stable

​

• Prior treatment response:

  • Must have responded to IVIG or SCIG therapy (like HYQVIA or similar)

• Stable immunoglobulin therapy before entry:

  • On IVIG or SCIG maintenance treatment

• Ability to attend visits every 3–4 weeks initially
