CASCA Study (TAK-411-2001) ​is a clinical trial that aims to evaluate whether the investigational drug TAK-411 is safe, tolerable, and effective at improving functional ability and reducing disability in adult patients with typical Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) who rely on intravenous immunoglobulin treatment

To qualify, participants generally must:
 

• Age: 18 years or older

• Patients must have documented diagnosis of typical CIDP within 18 months of screening

​

• Patient must have responded to IgG treatment in the past 

​

• Patients must be on a stable dose of IGIV therapy for at least 12 weeks
